Stirling Castle is a wonderful place to explore. It’s rich with history, has superb architecture and there are many different attractions within its walls.

The souvenir guide also has lots of fascinating information and tales which bring the past to life.

 

Guided Tours

A great way to discover the people and events which have shapes its past – and Scotland’s history. Our friendly guides enjoy sharing stories and fascinating facts with visitors, as well as answering questions.

Guided tours are included in the ticket price and take place every half hour between 10am and 4pm, starting at the well outside the Fort Major's House.

Audio guides

You'll need to bring your own fully charged mobile phone or tablet with internet to access the guide through a web browser and bring headphones. You'll receive an email before you arrive showing you how to load it.

Available languages: English (audio description available), Gaelic, French, German and Spanish. Large print also available.

Adult £3, Concession £2, Child £1. Free for HS Members and 20% discount for Explorer Pass holders.
